For deliveries within the UK, our free standard delivery takes only 3 days and comes with delivery confirmation. But if you want your gift to get there more quickly you can select our express delivery or next working day tracked delivery options.

Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, will be despatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched the following business day. Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be despatched the following business day.

Next-day delivery is generally unavailable to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Deliveries to these areas will usually take two working days.

* Orders are generally delivered Monday to Saturday. Larger items such as moses baskets and baby nests are delivered Monday to Friday.

Snüz furniture items will be delivered on a next-day service. Orders received before 12pm Mon-Fri will be dispatched the same day, otherwise will be dispatched the following business day. Supplementary items in the order will be dispatched on a separate next-day service.

We have negotiated very competitive standard and express tracked worldwide shipping rates. To keep it simple, we have just two rates for EU countries and two rates for Rest of World countries. Reduced rates apply to the Channel Islands, which align to our UK shipping rates.

  • EU standard tracked delivery (4-8 business days) - £7.95
  • EU express tracked delivery (2-3 business days) - £14.95
  • Rest of World standard tracked delivery (5-10 business days) - £14.95 
  • Rest of World express tracked delivery (2-4 business days) - £29.95


Orders received before 10am Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays, will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 10am Monday to Friday will be dispatched the following business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or a bank holiday will be dispatched the following business day.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee the receipt of your items within these timeframes due to factors outside our control, e.g. customs processes. If you require your items urgently please opt for our express service to avoid disappointment.

International Taxes & Duties

Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.

If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.

All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. The total price you pay us for products is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on the sale.

Where you have requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Where you have ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will be zero-rated, with no UK VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website. 

If returning an item, orders sent to a destination within the EU will have VAT refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Me & Buddy. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

We're pleased to offer a fuss-free returns service on items returned to us in their original, unused and unworn condition. 

It's no problem to change your mind after you receive your delivery from us, please just make sure we receive the items back in perfect resaleable condition. Returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Our UK tracked returns service is completely free if you keep at least one item from your order. If you return all items from your order we will deduct £2.95 from your refund towards the cost of our UK tracked returns service.

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on any opened mattresses, baby nests or bedding, or any opened items from our healthcare, food or food preparation ranges. Furniture can be returned as long as it has not been unpacked.

Our UK tracked returns service does not apply to items that weigh over 20kg or measure over 61cm x 46cm x 46cm in their original packaging. These items include baby gyms, moses baskets, Cocoonababy nests and furniture. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to check whether your item is eligible for this service. If your item is too large for our tracked returns service and you would prefer not to arrange the return of your items yourself, we are happy to organise a courier collection for you at a cost of £14.95, which would be deducted from your refund.



1. Obtain a Returns Authorisation number from our RETURNS PORTAL using your email address and order number. We can accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date.

2. To help us to process your refund quickly, please follow our guidance prior to sending us your return:

    • Please ensure we receive the goods back to our warehouse in their original condition. We are not able to accept returned products that have been used, worn or are not in their original condition.
    • Products must be in their undamaged product packaging, as this is considered part of the product. If the packaging has been opened it must not have been damaged.
    • Please ensure all goods are packaged securely in their original postal packaging to ensure they are not damaged in transit. Remove or cover any old postage labels on the package.
    • In the event that an item is received by us in a damaged or unsaleable condition, we will have to send it back to you. In such a situation we may ask you to pay the postage costs. 


3. If you're in the UK, go to the ME & BUDDY ROYAL MAIL PORTAL and fill in your details to print out your postage label. The Royal Mail service is not available if your item is too large (see above). Take the package to your local Post Office to receive the tracking code on the ‘proof of postage’ and to securely deposit it. You can track the status of your return while it is on its way back to us, using the return tracking number. Packages take up to two working days to arrive at our warehouse. If you wish, you can return your items to us using another delivery service at your own cost. We would highly recommend using a recorded or signed for delivery service and retain proof of postage. 

4. For international returns, we recommend that you use a recorded or signed for delivery service and retain proof of postage. If goods are returned from outside the UK/EU/EEA please mark the box ‘returned goods’. 


6. Refunds will be sent to the original payment method within 2-3 working days of us receiving your item and will exclude the original delivery cost. If you return all items from your order we will deduct £2.95 from your refund towards the cost of our UK tracked returns service. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account after being sent to you, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Unsuccessful Deliveries and Items Not Delivered

If items are returned to us after two or more unsuccessful attempts at delivery we may require payment of a redelivery charge based on the original method of delivery.

If an item is not received by you, we must be notified via email or via the "Contact Us" page within 30 days of your estimated delivery date. If we are not notified within this timeframe we will be unable to assist you in locating or replacing your missing item.
